What happens next
1. We give you a number in your name. Give it to your tenants as your repairs number, or divert your existing repairs number to it.
2. A tenant calls or texts. We capture the property, the problem and how urgent it is, with the gas and 999 safety lines when needed, and log it with the time.
3. You get a text with the job number. Reply SEND and the job number to instruct vetted local trades as a Pro Job, or HOLD to pause. Only a genuine emergency goes straight out.
4. After a job, rate the trade and keep a good one as preferred. A trade you mark as preferred gets your next job first.
5. Everything is in LocalWins Repairs on your dashboard, with timestamps.
