For groups, franchises and multi-site operators

Every site answers, every time

One standard for missed calls across every branch and every franchisee, in each site's own name and own number, with the numbers at head office to prove what it recovered.

What a group loses that a single site does not

You cannot see what you are losing

Head office sees bookings. It does not see the calls that rang out at site six on a Tuesday afternoon, because nothing records them. The first number we give you is that one, per site, for the last month.

Every site does it differently

One manager is brilliant on the phone, one never picks up, and the franchise agreement cannot make somebody answer. A reply that goes out in seconds, in the site's own name, is the same standard everywhere whether the manager is on the ball or not.

Out of hours is nobody's job

Evenings and weekends are when a lot of your customers decide. A group with no answer at seven in the evening is handing that decision to whoever does answer.

The customer list sits in fifty places

Every caller the AI speaks to is saved, per site, in a list you own, with the enquiry, the outcome and the value. You can see it by site, by region or as one group.

How a rollout works

1

We measure one region first

A handful of sites, live for a month, with a baseline of missed calls and recovered bookings against the sites we have not touched yet. No group-wide rollout on a promise.

2

Each site keeps its own number

Nothing moves and nothing is ported. The reply goes out in that site's name, in the words you approve centrally, and managers can take over any conversation from their phone.

3

Head office sees all of it

One view across every site: calls missed, conversations held, jobs or appointments booked, revenue recovered, and which sites need a word.

The things procurement asks

Do we have to change our numbers?
No. Each site keeps the number it advertises. Nothing is ported and nothing on your phone system moves.
Who controls what it says?
You do, centrally. Wording, prices, opening hours and the rules about what must go to a human are set by head office, with the parts a site genuinely needs to vary left to the site.
Where does the data live?
In the UK and the EU, under a data processing agreement, with each site's customer list separate and exportable. Marketing messages carry an opt-out and suppression is honoured across the whole group.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many sites and how much of it you want centrally, so we would rather work it out with you than put a number on a web page. Book a call and we will be straight about it.
